Please be assured that you are not alone!
Lack of sexual vitality (and therefore vitality in general), is a rapidly growing epidemic amongst women of all ages and stages in life.
In this webinar we will take a journey together and explore how stress and poor sleep quality affect women in particular, and how by improving just these two areas using lifestyle medicine can have a profound effect on wellbeing.

Food as Natural Medicine in partnership with Lucas Teague invite you to:
“Constellations of the Soul.”
Saturday 16 December 2023
14.00 - 16.00 GMT
Online via Zoom
This is a closed workshop.
Systemic constellations is an approach which allows us to view a bigger picture of our place in the world. Where as traditional psychotherapy looks at the nuclear family as a means of explaining individual issues, constellations seeks to provide a much broader canvas by including a larger set of systems e.g family, community, ethnic group.
This also includes the ancestral field. Which allows us to view our place in the present as being inextricably linked to those who have come before us. It is through this understanding that we can begin to recognise what we have been holding, on behalf of those previous generations, often out of loyalty and a need to belong within our respective system.
Systemic constellations works on the basis of there being a “Knowing field” that we can all access and which allows us to see things as they really are, in balance and alignment, as opposed to the incomplete pictures we often carry about ourselves, our relationships and the world we live in.
In this online workshop, we will have an opportunity to work with a presenting issue brought by a participant and to experience the “knowing field” in action.
Speaker: Lucas Teague, Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Systemic Constellations Facilitator, London, UK.
Lucas has a training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and has a private practice in East London. He was drawn towards systemic constellations through this desire to understand himself and the world in as full and as deep a way as possible.
