Hello and welcome. My name is Satya Egniadé Dunning.
I am a Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant, Somatic Movement Practitioner, and Founder of Stepping into Life.
My work weaves together the language of the body, emotions, and nourishment — a practice of listening, feeling, and remembering wholeness.
My path began as a healing journey:
- learning to sit with challenging emotions and thoughts,
- to understand the stories that shaped me,
- to transform survival into self-connection,
- to turn to whole foods for vitality and health.
Rooted in West Africa, shaped by multicultural belonging,
I know the ache of not fitting in —
and the deep healing that comes from returning home to oneself.
Movement taught me to listen through the body.
Nonviolent Communication opened my heart’s intelligence, presence and compassion.
Nutrition showed how to use food as medicine.
Through these threads, I guide others to reconnect with body, food, and feeling - to rediscover the quiet wisdom that was never lost.
