A new collaboration with Jeanette Marr Coaching

In this series of three online workshops led by Jeanette Marr and Satya Dunning, you are invited to discover the rich architecture of your body from lines to curves and explore its layers of sensuality through movement. 

Using music, visual anatomical references and movement exploration, you will learn to creatively take the first steps towards trusting your body, loosen up, find greater ease in yourself, have fun and safety on your own terms.
