- Three 1-hour online consultations over 12 weeks

A comprehensive introduction to your health and nutrition. Perfect for those wanting to shift their current diet to a health building one, and or address specific health concerns (e.g., menopause, energy, gut health).

- Intake form, 2-week food, hydration, lifestyle & exercise diary, and waiver form
- 120-minute consultation to review diary, discuss concerns, and create a concise action plan
- 15-minute follow-up call to review the plan
- 30-minute check in one month later.
