In my healing diets nutritional practice, I guide people to reclaim their vitality through whole foods, self-awareness, and natural health principles.

Once the foundation is in place, I support you to gently release old, disease-forming habits through cleansing and rebuild your health with nutrient-rich foods through a time bound phase, restoring nourishment.

- 120-minute consultation to review diary, discuss concerns, and create a concise action plan

- 15-minute follow-up call to review the plan
